Terms of Use
By accessing BUILDVANT, a visitor agrees to use the platform lawfully and only for personal or authorized business education and project organization. A visitor may not interfere with platform operation, bypass access controls, scrape restricted content, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, or reproduce paid materials without permission.
BUILDVANT may update content, features, access, and these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Purchases and Membership
The BuildReady Blueprint is a one-time purchase granting access to the purchased edition and the starter materials identified at checkout. BUILDVANT Membership provides recurring access to the then-current Academy, Vault, Project Desk, community, group sessions, and updates included in the selected plan.
Applicable price, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund eligibility, promotion terms, and access period are presented before payment. Recurring membership continues until canceled under the terms accepted at checkout. Membership does not include unlimited private access or review of a specific live project unless expressly stated in writing.
Advisory Scope
No advisory relationship is created by visiting the website, completing an assessment, purchasing self-service content, or submitting an application. An advisory relationship begins only after both parties sign a written engagement and the required payment is received.
The signed engagement defines deliverables, meetings, communication cadence, client responsibilities, exclusions, duration, investment, expenses, termination rights, confidentiality, reliance, professional boundaries, and dispute terms. BUILDVANT does not become the owner, fiduciary, broker, lender, attorney, architect, engineer, surveyor, inspector, contractor, subcontractor, accountant, tax advisor, insurer, or guarantor.
Global Vendor Match and Managed Sourcing
Global Vendor Match is a project-specific introduction service, not a sale of a vendor directory. Unless a written order states otherwise, the fee covers one approved project, one approved product category, the stated number of curated matches, and the stated access period. Vendor identities, contacts, pricing, documents, and network information are confidential, non-transferable, and may not be published, redistributed, resold, scraped, or used to create a competing directory.
Manufacturers, inspectors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, installers, and other providers are independent companies. BUILDVANT does not guarantee vendor ownership, solvency, capacity, pricing, quality, code compliance, certifications, shop drawings, production, shipping, customs clearance, duties, tariffs, installation, warranty performance, or project outcome. The customer must independently verify each vendor, product, contract, payment method, specification, code requirement, insurance need, import requirement, and professional recommendation.
Unless expressly accepted in a separate written Managed Sourcing agreement, BUILDVANT is not the seller, purchasing agent, importer of record, customs broker, freight carrier, warehouse, contractor, installer, architect, engineer, or product guarantor. Managed Sourcing and Order Coordination, when offered, is governed by a separate scope defining the percentage or minimum fee, vendor-match credit, included tasks, exclusions, expenses, communication, approvals, and customer responsibilities.
BUILDVANT may describe access as private, curated, controlled, or member-only. It does not represent that every manufacturer is legally exclusive to BUILDVANT unless a specific written agreement supports that statement. Acceptance, payment timing, refund eligibility, replacement-match rules, and expiration are controlled by the Vendor Access Terms presented for the approved request.
Ambassador Program
Ambassador eligibility, attribution, compensation, refund holds, fraud review, tax reporting, payout timing, prohibited conduct, trademarks, disclosures, privacy, suspension, termination, and post-termination treatment are governed by the written Ambassador Agreement. Website language alone does not create a compensation right.
Ambassadors may promote the BUILDVANT educational platform only within their authority. They may not make guaranteed earnings or project claims, misrepresent qualifications, offer regulated services without authority, or use platform compensation to disguise prohibited referral or steering activity.
Privacy Notice
BUILDVANT may collect information a user voluntarily provides through assessments, forms, checkout, member accounts, support requests, applications, and project tools, together with routine technical information such as browser type, device data, referring pages, and platform activity. The information may be used to deliver services, administer accounts, personalize results, communicate with users, process transactions, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and comply with law.
BUILDVANT may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email, analytics, customer relationship management, support, and secure file services. Payment-card data is processed by the connected payment provider and should not be stored directly by BUILDVANT. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or a change to marketing preferences through the Contact page, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. BUILDVANT does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Confidential project documents should be submitted only through an approved secure process.

Educational Disclosures
BUILDVANT provides education, organization, planning tools, and advisory within a defined scope. It does not guarantee financing, credit-score changes, property acquisition, permits, approvals, cost, schedule, quality, value, income, tax result, legal outcome, or project profit. Examples and calculations are illustrative and must be independently verified.
Real estate, construction, wholesaling, credit, finance, advertising, referrals, contracts, international purchasing, importation, customs, product compliance, and licensing requirements vary by location and circumstances. Users must retain qualified local professionals and verify current law, rules, documents, site conditions, prices, and project assumptions.
Intellectual Property
BUILDVANT branding, assessment structure, module organization, written lessons, graphics, templates, software, sourcing methods, and confidential vendor-network information are protected intellectual property of the operating entity or licensors. A purchase grants a limited personal-use license, not ownership or a right to resell, distribute, publish, train competing products, or remove notices.
