Separate attractive from feasible.

A project needs several things to work at once: a lawful and practical use, a customer, a buildable scope, enough capital, a credible team and an achievable exit. A strong answer in one area cannot erase failure in another.

Start with a gate for each area. Mark supported, unresolved or failed. Put the evidence next to the label so another person can challenge it.

Avoid calling a project “good” before defining the decision. Paying for a survey, making a conditional offer and completing a purchase require different levels of evidence.

Before you buy.

Who is this for?

Beginners preparing a small real estate development project and people who want clearer questions for their professional team. It is not a technical certification, legal document or individualized investment recommendation.
